1588. Un membro dell'Armada spagnola, inviata da Filippo II alla conquista dell'Inghilterra, naufraga e viene catturato su una spiaggia irlandese. Lì viene processato, giudicato colpevole e impiccato. Tutto sarebbe normale, secondo le leggi della guerra e dell'odio tra gli esseri umani, il problema è che il prigioniero è una scimmia.
1588. A shipwrecked member of the Spanish Armada sent by Felipe II from Lisbon to conquer England is captured on a beach in Ireland. There he is tried, found guilty and hanged until his death.
